Harold Moss, RPA, was formerly with Highwoods Properties for 26 years, where he served as Director of Asset Management of the Memphis Division. On March 31, he along with eight of his co-workers, went to work with Boyle Investment Company, where he will serve in a similar capacity. Harold began his commercial real estate career in 1984.

He is a 27 year member of the WGC FedEx St. Jude Invitational Seersucker Sales Club and is a six-time Chairman.

For the past ten years Harold has served as Chairman of the MAAR Commercial Council Make-A-Wish Golf Tournament.

In addition, Harold is the only person to play in all 31 BOMA-Memphis Golf Tournaments and is an Honorary Member for Life of   BOMA-Memphis. 

 

Anita Bunn, CPM, RPA has 40+ years’ experience in property management for office, office showroom, retail, industrial property, facility sites and homeowner’s association management.  

She was the first female president of BOMA in 2014 and served on the BOMA Board in 2017 and 2018, chaired and volunteered on many committees and has been a BOMA member for 30+ years.

For the last nine years, Anita has managed a 4,260,000 square foot industrial park that was converted from an Army Base.The City of Memphis owned the site for 13 years and was purchased in 2011 by a private partnership in Dallas for $35 million. It was sold in 2018 to owners from New York for $50 million.

 

 Bradley Wilford joins Cushman & Wakefield – Commercial Advisors Asset Services, LLC as Vice President –Asset Management with more than 20 years of asset management, project management and leasing experience for both owner/developers and 3rd party service providers. He currently serves as the Property Manager of Crosstown Concourse, a vertical urban village with over 1.5 million SF consisting of residential, office, retail and performing arts.

Bradley comes to Commercial Advisors from Fred’s Pharmacy. He was VP of Real Estate and Construction and oversaw real estate strategy, construction and operations. Before working with Fred’s Pharmacy, Bradley was with CBRE, Inc., as VP of Healthcare Client Development Real Estate Manager. In this position, Bradley was responsible for the leasing and management of multiple MOB’s and completed more than 100 lease transactions. Prior to that, Bradley was employed by Loeb Properties, where he managed 15 shopping centers with over 200 tenants. He oversaw all aspects of these assets including lease renewals and rehabilitation of older shopping cen-ters.

Bradley began his asset management career with Boyle Development in 1998 where he was responsible
for retail development projects and asset management in Texas, Tennessee and Mississippi.
